PROMOTIONS

Promotions are given for activity, professionalism and overall being good at your job. The quota is a requirement, however if you go above it you have a higher chance of getting promoted. The promotion cooldown is 1 week, however, the higher rank you are, the harder to get promoted. Asking for a promotion won’t get you one, it will get you infracted instead. Discord Moderation, Designers, and Customer Support promotions are given by Management Team members and above. Manager and Senior Senior Manager promotions are given by the directory Team.

INFRACTIONS & DEMOTIONS

Types of Infractions:

• Verbal Warning (Not logged)

• Warning (1, 2 & 3) - Expire after 1 week.

• Strike (1, 2 & 3) - Expire after 2 weeks.

Types of Demotions:

• Suspension

• Demotion

• Termination

• Staff Blacklist

• Ban

WARNING 3 = STRIKE STRIKE 3 = DEMOTION
