CHAIN OF COMMAND

The Chain of Commands (CoC) must always be followed, which means if you have a question or anything like that you go to the lowest rank, not the highest. The Chain of Command also helps you understand the duty of each rank.

DIRECTIVE TEAM

To join the Directive Team you either need to be handpicked or voted on. Directive Team candidates must be a head manager.

• Director - The highest rank in the server, oversees the Directive Team.

• Deputy Director - Second highest rank, assists the Director.

• Assistant Director - Third highest rank, last Director rank. They passed their trial and joined the Directive Team, they assist the Deputy Directors and the Director.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

To rank up to a senior or head manager you need to be chosen by the directive team. There are a maximum of 3 senior managers and 2 head managers.

To join the management team you need to be active, professional and overall fit for the position. Management Team members are chosen by Head managers and the Directive Team. There are a maximum of 5 managers.

When you get promoted to manager you will receive the trial manager role. You will be watched by senior high ranks for a week. If they think you are fit for the position you will become an official manager, if not you will be put back to your original rank.

• Head Manager - Oversees the management team.

• Senior Manager - Helps Oversee the management team.

• Manager - Overviews a Staff Team departments.

• Trial Manager New to the management team, 7 day trial.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM

To join the Customer Support Team you will need to fill out an application. These applications require lots of detail.

• Customer Operations Manager - Oversees the customer support team.

• Head Customer Support - Manages the customer support team.

• Senior Customer Support - Been in CS for a long time, experienced.

• Customer Support - Pretty experienced, passed their training and proved that they can become an official CS member.

• Trial Customer Support - New to Customer Support Team, requires training.

CREATIVE TEAM

To join the Designer Team you need to apply, past work is required.

• Design Operations Manager - Oversees the creative team.

• Head Designer - Manages the design team.

• Senior Designer - Shown activity, it took them a while to get this rank.

• Designer - Experienced designer.

• Trial Designer - New Designer, 7 day trial.

Discord Moderation Team

To join the Discord Moderation Team you need to fill out an application.

• Moderation and Safety Manager - Oversees the discord moderation team.

• Head Discord Moderator - Manages the discord moderation team.

• Senior Discord Moderator - Shown activity, it took them a while to get this rank.

• Discord Moderator - Experienced moderator.

• Trial Discord Moderator - New to moderation, 7 day trial.
