STAFF RULES
All of the staff members must obey these rules, these rules are here to keep the server as clean as humanly possible. Breaking any of these rules will result in harsh consequences.
Grammar & Spelling is always required when you are in tickets and public channels, this means that you must use proper SpaG.
Professionalism, you are required to act professional whenever you are in a ticket and a public chat, this means that you must not mess around or be a bad role model as we want to impress new customers that just join the server.
Discord rules, you must follow discord TOS at all times, if you are found not following these rules you will be blacklisted and banned from the server.
Abuse of commands, you can only use commands to help someone.
Respect, you are required to be respectful to everyone.
False Moderation, you cannot make false moderations, if you are caught doing this you will be striked, you must only moderate customers/ staff (if you are high enough of a rank) for our rules, not other servers rules.
Promotion hinting, this is not allowed and you will get immediately infracted not promoted.
Fairness, you must always be fair towards other players, it doesn’t matter if they are your friends or not, they should receive the same punishment.
Scamming, you must always give the customer their product after they pay.
Completing orders whilst not being the correct designer, for example if you're a livery designer you cannot do logo orders, if you are caught doing this you will be striked and possibly terminated from the designer team.
Stealing orders or assets, never use our assets for your own use and do not steal a product made for a customer.
Talking in unclaimed tickets, you must never talk in a ticket which is not yours unless you are member of the directive team or management team if it is completely necessary. You must never talk in a report ticket if it is about you.
If you do not follow these rules there is a high chance of you being infracted or demoted.
